Iomart Group is seeking an on-site operations engineer for our Maidenhead Data Centre. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues across networking gear and servers, install and configure operating systems, monitor performance, and respond to alerts to ensure reliability and uptime.

You will join a collaborative team providing 24/7 support on a rotating shift, maintaining a calm, customer-focused approach while delivering enterprise-level services.

Qualifications

• Experience with hardware troubleshooting and repair.
• Familiarity with installing operating systems.
• Strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of on-site operations at the Maidenhead Data Centre.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across networking gear and servers.
