Job summary

Ainscough is seeking a customer service focused candidate in Standish, Wigan for an onsite role handling customer enquiries, building relationships and guiding customers to the right lifting solution.

Youll prepare quotations, manage the customer journey to order, and work with Sales, Commercial, Operations, Finance and our depot network to deliver a seamless experience. Excellent written and verbal communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service, contact centre, customer support or sales support environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence building relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive approach, taking ownership of customer enquiries from start to finish.
• A proven ability to consistently achieve SLAs and high customer service standards.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries.
• Build relationships with new and existing customers, guiding them to the right lifting solution.
• Prepare quotations, manage enquiries and take ownership of the customer journey through to order.
• Collaborate with Sales, Commercial, Operations, Finance and our depots to deliver a seamless experience.
• Manage customer enquiries in line with SLAs and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate customer records and opportunities in the CRM.
