Job summary

Line Up Aviation is seeking a Supply Chain Quality Manager for an initial contract in Filton. The role requires 80% onsite work with 35 hours per week, and an end date of 24 December 2026.

You will lead Supply Chain and Quality activities across NPI and serial production, ensuring supplier performance and business objectives are met. You will work closely with suppliers to drive compliant parts delivery, support supplier development, and maintain strong customer-facing communication while

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain and quality in an industrial setting.
• Knowledge of PPS methodologies such as 8D/9S, Ishikawa, 5why, etc.
• Experience dealing with suppliers and delivery of parts.
• Customer facing experience.
• Excellent communicator.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Willingness to work in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure on-time, on-quality deliveries to customers.
• Support supplier development initiatives.
• Ensure supplier and product compliance with applicable requirements.
• Contribute to the Supply Chain voice in the MFT.
• Handle activities in a changing, evolving environment.
• Manage relationships with external partners.
