Job summary

Premier Nutrition, part of AB Agri, is seeking a Compliance Technician to join our quality team at the Rugeley and Fradley sites. The role combines hands-on quality control, quality assurance and health and safety tasks, with training provided by experienced colleagues across both locations.

You will learn processes on the job, travel between sites using a pool car, and contribute to a growing, purpose-driven organisation in the animal nutrition sector.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and a hands-on approach across two sites.
• Full driving licence; pool car available for inter-site travel.

Responsibilities

• Collect samples from raw material intake and finished goods using on-site equipment.
• Assist with quality control and quality assurance across two sites.
• Support compliance and health and safety activities across quality and production teams.
• Learn the team's systems and processes for product safety documentation.
