Job summary

IWFM in Basingstoke is seeking an experienced Building Manager to take day-to-day responsibility for a prominent multi-tenanted office building. You'll be the on-site presence, coordinating operations, maintenance and occupier relationships, while working with the managing agent and a Regional Facilities Manager to ensure issues are resolved promptly and standards are maintained.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Building Management or Facilities Management.
• Experience coordinating contractors and maintenance works.
• Good health & safety and building compliance knowledge.
• Experience with CAFM or similar systems.
• Strong IT skills and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of day-to-day operational management and presentation of the building.
• Be a visible contact for occupiers, contractors and stakeholders.
• Coordinate maintenance, raise and follow through works.
• Manage contractors on site, monitor works and safety.
• Maintain building records, compliance and safety documentation.
• Support health & safety requirements and ensure spaces are clean and presentable.
