IWFM is seeking an experienced Building Manager for a prestigious multi-tenant commercial site near Heathrow. You will own day-to-day building operations, supervise facilities services, and ensure tenant satisfaction while maintaining compliance and safety standards.

You will manage contractor relationships, oversee budgets, and coordinate inspections. The role requires independent working style and strong stakeholder engagement in a busy commercial environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as Building/Facilities/Property Manager or similar.
• Experience with commercial or mixed-use properties.
• IOSH or NEBOSH qualification desirable.
• Excellent contractor and supplier management.
• Experience working with service charge budgets.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily building operations and facilities services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants.
• Oversee planned preventative maintenance programmes.
• Manage hard and soft service contractors.
• Ensure health & safety legislation compliance.
• Coordinate statutory inspections and audits.
• Manage service charge budgets and expenditure.
• Conduct regular building inspections and report on performance.
• Handle tenant queries and resolve issues.
• Support lease and occupancy activities as required.
• Monitor security, cleaning, landscaping and waste management.
