Equans is seeking a Fabric Engineer to join our HMCTS contract, based on-site at the Royal Courts of Justice. This full-time role (40 hours per week) offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will perform planned and reactive maintenance across building fabric and limited engineering assets at client sites, ensuring safety and contractual standards are met.

Formación

• NVQ or equivalent qualification in one of the listed trades (Plumbing, Carpentry or Decorating).
• Demonstrable experience in carpentry, plumbing, painting and decorating, flooring or general building maintenance.
• Experience in a demanding facilities maintenance environment and safe working practices.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out planned preventive and reactive maintenance on building fabric and associated assets.
• Inspect and repair floors, walls, ceilings, roofs, doors, fire doors, windows, furniture and fittings.
• Undertake minor carpentry, plumbing, flooring, painting and decorating works.
• Inspect and clear drainage and gully systems, including unblocking toilets and sinks.
• Inspect and replace luminaires where trained; complete CAFM and helpdesk records.
• Supervise subcontractors and support emergency works to maintain business continuity.
• Provide professional customer service to clients and colleagues.
