Job summary

Searchability NS&D in Belfast is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to take ownership of end-to-end delivery of capital projects from design through commissioning and handover. The role is 100% onsite, 36 hours per week, on a 12-month contract with likely extension.

You will manage design development through Design & Build, develop delivery plans, manage budgets, risks and procurement of multidisciplinary consultants, ensuring governance and safety compliance across the project

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience leading large infrastructure capital projects.
• Strong contract management and NEC knowledge.
• Experience coordinating design, construction and commissioning.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules and risk.
• Foundation-level understanding of mechanical/electrical systems.
• Professional membership (RICS/APM/IMechE/IET) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of capital projects from design through handover.
• Develop delivery plans, CAPEX cases and project controls.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders and consultants.
• Ensure Health & Safety compliance and governance.
• Provide clear project reporting through commissioning and close-out.
