Job summary

Advantage Resourcing UK Ltd. in Belfast is seeking a Construction Project Manager for a 12-month contract to lead end-to-end capital delivery, ensuring projects finish on time, within budget and to high standards. You will coordinate across Architecture, Engineering (civil/mechanical/electrical/structural), Environmental, Archaeological and Fire disciplines.

The role requires NEC contract experience, strong MS Project and proactive risk and safety management within a complex client-side setup.

Qualifications

Experience managing large-scale infrastructure/capital projects in a client-side role.
Knowledge of NEC contracts; M&E building services knowledge is advantageous.
Strong organisation and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

Identify capital projects and guide design across the full delivery lifecycle.
Control budgets, monitor expenditure, develop CAPEX cases and cash flows.
Coordinate with Architecture, Engineering, Environmental, Archaeological and Fire teams.
Procure and direct consultants and service providers with NEC governance.
Maintain risk registers and ensure health and safety compliance on site.
Develop delivery plans, gateway reviews and status reporting.
