Job summary

A technology services company based in London is seeking a PTAV Engineer to work on-site three days a week. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance of AV systems, ensuring an excellent level of customer service. Candidates should possess AVIXA CTS certification or be willing to obtain within six months and have a proficient understanding of network architecture. This role requires attention to detail and strong communication skills, with a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• AVIXA CTS certified or ability to complete certification within 6 months of hire.
• Proficient understanding of Network Architecture and IT systems.
• Experience with projector alignment, blending, and lamp/filter changes.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Operating, troubleshooting, and supporting a variety of AV systems.
• Planning, executing and delivering Audio-Visual projects.
• Providing high level of customer service and maintaining positive working relationships.
• Ensuring compliance with information security policies.
