Job summary

Babcock is seeking a Customer Service Administrator in Gloucestershire to support the movement of vehicles and equipment through repair and maintenance. You will coordinate between customers, planners and workshop teams to ensure assets are repaired and returned to service efficiently.

The role is on-site in Ashchurch near Tewkesbury, a 37-hour week, Monday to Friday, with focus on accurate records, progress updates and strong customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative, customer service or coordination roles.
• Excellent communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to manage schedules and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vehicles and assets through the repair process from arrival to collection.
• Maintain accurate records and updates across company systems.
• Communicate progress updates and resolve issues with customers, planners and workshop teams.
• Monitor schedules and asset movements to support operational delivery targets.
• Support efficient handovers and collections with excellent customer service.
