Job summary

NRL is seeking a highly motivated Facilities Subcontract Manager to join the onshore construction team in the UK. The role coordinates subcontractor welfare, personnel mobilisation, equipment laydown, waste disposal, and ensures compliance with project requirements on-site.

You will liaise between contracts, project construction teams and subcontractors, manage safety plans, track performance, and support invoices and progress payments while maintaining accurate site records.

Qualifications

• Experience in subcontractor coordination on large projects.
• Knowledge of welfare facilities and site safety requirements.
• Familiarity with CDM Regulations and safety plans.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, supervise and manage subcontractors on site.
• Oversee welfare facilities and disposal requirements.
• Manage personnel on site and equipment laydown.
• Schedule subcontractor work to align with timelines.
• Review contracts, insurance, safety plans, and compliance.
• Conduct pre-construction and coordination meetings.
• Monitor performance in quality, safety, and productivity.
• Maintain daily records and progress reports.
