Job summary

RWE Renewables UK Management Ltd. is seeking an experienced Senior Offshore Wind Operations Manager to drive safety and performance across offshore and onshore assets.

You will own OEM service contracts, monitor wind farm production, and lead multidisciplinary teams to meet targets while balancing safety, cost and risk. The role requires engineering or renewable energy expertise and a track record in managing complex assets, with strong analytical, stakeholder and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy or a related discipline.
• Significant experience in offshore wind operations or another process industry, including responsibility for operational performance of large renewable assets.
• Experience managing OEM maintenance contracts, performance-based service agreements, budgets and stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of wind turbine operations, availability, production performance and risk management.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and demonstrate safety leadership.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety and compliance across offshore and onshore operations, ensuring contractor adherence to management systems.
• Deliver production and availability targets by monitoring wind farm performance and optimising generation.
• Act as operational owner of the OEM Service & Maintenance Agreement and manage performance and repairs.
• Oversee SOV-based maintenance, coordinate technicians and vessels to maximise offshore working time.
• Improve asset reliability through data-led trend analysis, investigations and preventive maintenance.
• Represent the asset owner with OEMs, regulators and internal teams, reporting to the General Manager.
• Support budgets, forecasts and business cases to improve production efficiency and lifecycle cost.
• Maintain regulatory assurance and records for offshore safety, permits and grid obligations.
