Job summary

EDF Energy in the Power Solutions segment is seeking a Prepare for Operations Manager to enhance performance, safety, and efficiency of our onshore wind portfolio. Qualifications

• Onshore wind industry with operational asset management experience including O&M.
• Ability to evaluate risks and communicate opportunities with controls.
• Strong project management and organisational skills to influence at all levels.
• Strong commercial and contractual experience including negotiating terms.
• Ability to review and approve technical proposals, designs and drawings.
• Knowledge of UK HSE legislation; full UK driving licence; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Bridge between Asset Management/Ops and Development, Construction & Strategy.
• Ensure Operations Strategies for pipeline of projects ahead of investment decisions.
• Ensure seamless transitions from Development/Construction to Operations.
• Ensure readiness to operate and control project risks.
• Lead contractual and commercial negotiations with clients and suppliers.
• Define and lead virtual teams to deliver projects and processes.
• Potential future line management duties.
• Monitor readiness processes; embed lessons into future designs.
• Review and assess technical proposals, designs, calculations, drawings and docs.
• Role model leadership and uphold health, safety and compliance.
