Job summary

Millbank Holdings Ltd is seeking a Facilities Subcontract Manager to coordinate subcontractor services for welfare, mobilisation, and waste management on major infrastructure projects. You will oversee performance, ensure safety and quality compliance, and liaise with project teams to meet tight timelines.

The role requires experience in CDM regulations, permits to work, COSHH, and method statement approvals, with strong communication and scheduling skills to drive on-site efficiency and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience managing subcontractors in construction or facilities management.
• Knowledge of safety legislation including permits to work, CDM and COSHH.
• Experience assessing and approving method statements and safety plans.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage subcontractor services for welfare, mobilisation and waste disposal.
• Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure safety and quality compliance.
• Liaise with project teams to meet timelines and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Conduct pre-construction meetings and maintain detailed site activity reports.
• Review contracts, scope of work and safety documentation to ensure regulatory adherence.
