THE ROLE

We are seeking a store manager capable of recruiting, leading, and developing a strong team to operate the ONLY store with high standards, efficiency, and excellent results. You will lead with proximity and ensure the team adopts a founders mentality, taking ownership of the shop, the team, and the customers. You understand how to showcase our products effectively and organize the store and team for optimal efficiency. Creating an exceptional customer experience is crucial to our success and key to retaining loyal customers and encouraging wardrobe upgrades.
