The ONLY brand is well known in Europe, operating more than 800 retail shops that offer the best shapes in JEANS and seasonal fashion to female consumers of all ages. We are now preparing to enter the UK market with our second ONLY STORE opening in York outlet during Summer 2025.

The Role

We are seeking a store manager capable of recruiting, developing, and leading a strong team to operate the ONLY store with high standards, speed, and excellent results. The store manager should foster a sense of ownership among the team, ensuring they have a founders mentality towards the shop, customers, and their responsibilities. The candidate must understand how to showcase our products effectively and organize the store and team efficiently to maximize performance. Creating an exceptional customer experience is crucial for our continued success and customer loyalty.
