Sainsbury's Limited is seeking an Online Store Manager at Sedlescombe Road Store, St. Leonards-On-Sea. You will lead an online picking and delivery team to ensure a seamless customer experience across online and in-store services.

Your role involves coaching shoppers and drivers, managing performance and scheduling, and collaborating with other managers to uphold store operations. Early shifts (04:00–08:00) support online deliveries.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in line management within a fast-paced retail environment.
• Proven ability to coach a team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Track record of meeting and improving KPIs.
• Experience managing disciplinary and attendance issues.

Aufgaben

• Plan and orchestrate the delivery of an online picking and delivery team to ensure the success of the in store online service
• Be a visible leader, engaging and coaching a large team of shoppers and drivers to deliver a seamless and safe shopping experience for all our online and in store customers.
• Collaborate with other managers to ensure the success of shopping experience of the overall store
• People management is a big part of the role, managing performance and capability, conducting disciplinaries and ensuring scheduling and pay are accurate.
