Job summary

Total Training Provision are seeking an experienced educator to teach and assess learners, addressing gaps in skills and helping them progress in their careers. You will deliver innovative learning opportunities tailored to initial assessments and individual learning plans.

As part of the role you will deliver flexible teaching, facilitate group and 1-1 sessions, embed safeguarding and British Values, and manage documentation and outcomes in line with contract guidelines.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of AEB funding.
• Proven track record in a similar role.
• Knowledge of Ofsted requirements.
• Familiar with OneFile and Pics systems.
• Professional appearance and confident representation of Total at senior level.
• Ability to prioritise and work under pressure with good time management.
• Commitment to safeguarding, health and safety, and data protection policies.
• Commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Deliver teaching and assessment to meet KPI learner numbers.
• Provide innovative teaching to develop new knowledge and skills.
• Deliver programmes flexibly to suit learners’ needs.
• Facilitate group teaching and 1-1 sessions.
• Monitor progression against qualifications for every session.
• Embed safeguarding, British Values and Prevent for all learners.
• Motivate and inspire learners and manage their wellbeing.
• Plan assessments, observe/record, and complete relevant documentation.
• Provide effective information, advice and guidance to internal and external clients.
• Promote Total-TP to funding bodies, learners, placements and schools.
• Maintain good time management and timely workload planning.
