Total Training Provision is seeking an Adult & Community Learning Skills Coach in Liverpool. The role covers blended delivery across local community areas and focuses on Level 3 courses under our free courses for jobs contract.

You will teach and assess learners, track progress, and deliver innovative learning opportunities tailored to individual needs while aligning with KPI targets and safeguarding practices.

Formación

• Knowledge of Adult Skills Funded programmes - Level 3 courses in relevant subjects.
• Proven track record in a similar role/function.
• Knowledge of Ofsted requirements.
• Familiar with OneFile and Pics systems.
• Professional appearance and ability to represent Total at a senior level.
• Ability to prioritise and manage time under pressure.
• Adhere to Safeguarding, Health & Safety and IT/Data Protection policies.
• Commitment to equal opportunities and diversity.
• UK driving licence and right to work in the UK.
• DBS check and satisfactory references may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain the required number of learners in line with KPIs.
• Deliver innovative teaching and learning to develop new skills.
• Deliver programmes flexibly to meet learner needs.
• Facilitate group teaching and 1-1 sessions.
• Ensure progress against qualifications each session.
• Embed British Values, Safeguarding & Prevent in all learning.
• Motivate and inspire learners throughout courses.
• Work flexibly to meet learner needs and deadlines.
• Deliver the required number of qualifications per guidelines.
• Maintain minimal, compliant paperwork.
• Ensure learner retention meets targets and review performance.
• Plan assessment processes with learners; observe and record assessments.
• Provide effective CEIAG services to clients and learners.
• Promote Total-TP with funding bodies, learners and external partners.
• Manage own time; plan, schedule and evaluate work.
• Build and promote good working relationships.
• Update CPD as required.
• Undertake any other duties as required.
