Job summary

Hillier Nurseries Limited in Romsey (Ampfield Office) is seeking a customer‑focused team member to support our Online Shop and Gardening Club. Based on-site, you’ll handle enquiries, maintain records, and engage customers across email, phone and social media with warmth and professionalism.

You’ll join a long‑standing horticultural brand, working 37.5 hours weekly, with a full‑time salary of £25,759.50 per annum and pro‑rata for part‑time applicants. Full training and employee perks are provided.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Strong IT and data entry skills.
• Clear communication with a wide range of customers.
• Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
• UK work eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries relating to the Hillier Online Shop, garden furniture orders and Gardening Club membership
• Maintain accurate customer records in the Hillier Customer Database
• Communicate with customers via email, phone and social media
• Monitor and respond to Feefo and Google service and product reviews
• Work confidently across EPOS systems, including Tableau
• Deliver a first‑class customer experience
