You will work remotely, using cruise booking platforms and online tools to coordinate reservations, answer questions, and ensure a seamless travel experience from inquiry to departure.

No prior cruise experience is required as full training and ongoing support are provided to develop product knowledge and booking confidence.

Position Overview

We are seeking service-focused and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a Customer Support Cruise Specialist. This role involves assisting clients with cruise planning, reservation coordination, and providing a smooth and enjoyable booking experience from start to finish.

This is an entry-level opportunity within the travel industry. No prior cruise experience is required. Training and support are provided.
