Aisles & Abroad is hiring a Customer Support Cruise Specialist to guide clients through cruise planning, bookings, and travel details with a focus on accuracy and service.
You will work remotely, using cruise booking platforms and online tools to coordinate reservations, answer questions, and ensure a seamless travel experience from inquiry to departure.
No prior cruise experience is required as full training and ongoing support are provided to develop product knowledge and booking confidence.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first approach.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Familiar with online booking platforms.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or structured environment.
- Customer service or administrative experience is helpful but not required.
Responsabilités
- Assist clients with cruise options, itineraries, and onboard experiences.
- Support the booking and confirmation process for cruise reservations.
- Respond to customer questions regarding destinations, cruise lines, and travel requirements.
- Review reservation details to ensure accuracy, including dates and traveler information.
- Maintain organized records of client bookings and communications.
- Provide timely follow-up and support before and after travel.
