Job Title: Online Assistant

Join our team this festive season as an Online Assistant, helping us deliver joy to our customers. This fast-paced role involves picking and packing online customer orders, supporting customer queries, processing transactions, and assisting our online Drivers in loading vans to ensure timely deliveries.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Picking quality products with care and attention to detail.
2. Supporting online warehouse operations and customer service.
3. Working actively, including lifting up to 15kg and using new technology.

Applicants for shifts before 6am or after 11pm must be at least 18 years old.
