Job summary

Cedar Recruitment is seeking a Finance Systems Manager – OneStream SME in Central London with remote options. The role focuses on developing and governing the OneStream environment while partnering with Finance and IT to optimise processes.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with 5+ years in Finance Systems, strong OneStream experience, and a solid understanding of financial reporting and BAU processes. Hybrid/remote options available.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant – ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent.
• 5+ years’ experience across Finance Systems / Finance Transformation.
• Strong OneStream experience, ideally having owned part of an implementation.
• Good understanding of financial reporting, debits & credits and BAU Finance processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• NetSuite experience is advantageous.
• Exposure to Data Warehousing / MDM would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Act as an OneStream SME, supporting system development, optimisation and governance.
• Own or contribute to OneStream implementation projects from a Finance perspective.
• Support consolidation, reporting, planning and wider Finance processes.
• Work across OneStream, NetSuite, Databricks, Navan and Power BI.
• Support data mapping, reconciliation, master data and reporting structures.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve Finance processes.
• Work closely with Finance, Systems and wider business stakeholders.
