Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is offering a paid Management Placement/Internship in Cumbria. Based in one of our retail branches, you will gain hands-on experience across customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations while receiving mentorship and classroom training.

You will build a strong foundation in leadership and development, with opportunities for promotion, performance bonuses, and referrals. Applicants must be undergrad students and hold a full UK/EU driving licence.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student status required or pursued.
• Driving licence (full manual UK or EU) required; accommodations for disability possible.
• No drug or alcohol related offences in last five years.

Responsibilities

• Apply existing knowledge while building a strong set of hard and soft skills.
• Develop skills in customer service, reservations handling, and rapport with diverse customers.
• Engage in sales and marketing activities to connect with local business partners and grow networks.
• Understand financial mechanics, cost control, and interpretation of profit and loss statements.
• Learn operations and logistics, fleet management, strategic planning, and performance driving.
• Lead and mentor peers, with opportunities to manage and promote others as you grow.

Responsibilities

You’ll have the chance to apply what you already know, while building a powerful set of hard and soft skills that you might not have expected. You’ll develop skills in:

• Customer Service: deliver exceptional experiences by confidently handling reservations, resolving enquiries, and building rapport with a diverse range of customers.

Qualifications

• We accept applications for our Management Placement and Internship Programme from all undergraduate university students regardless of university attended and subjects being studied. Our assessment is based on how you perform against our competencies and will judge you on that alone.
• You must have a full manual UK or EU driving licence, but we do make accommodations for applicants who don’t drive due to a disability.
• No drug or alcohol related offence on driving record within the last five years is permitted.
