Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is offering a one-year Management Placement Programme and internship in Nottingham. You’ll gain real-world business experience across customer service, sales, marketing, finance, operations and more in a supportive setting.

You’ll start with hands-on responsibilities and the chance to contribute from day one, with mentorship and classroom learning to accelerate your growth. This paid placement rewards performance with opportunities for promotion and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Open to all undergraduate students; selection based on competencies.
• Must have a full manual UK or EU driving licence; accommodations possible for applicants who can’t drive.
• No drug or alcohol related offense on driving record within the last five years.

Responsibilities

• Apply existing knowledge while gaining hands-on experience across customer service, sales, marketing, finance, operations and more.
• Develop hard and soft skills in customer service, reservations, enquiries handling and rapport building.
• Build relationships with local business partners and expand professional network.
• Understand financial mechanics, cost control and interpretation of profit and loss statements.
• Learn fleet management, strategic planning and performance improvement.

Responsibilities

You’ll have the chance to apply what you already know, while building a powerful set of hard and soft skills that you might not have expected. You’ll develop skills in:

• Customer Service: deliver exceptional experiences by confidently handling reservations, resolving enquiries, and building rapport with a diverse range of customers.

Qualifications

• We accept applications for our Management Placement and Internship Programme from all undergraduate university students regardless of university attended and subjects being studied. Our assessment is based on how you perform against our competencies and will judge you on that alone.
• You must have a full manual UK or EU driving licence, but we do make accommodations for applicants who don’t drive due to a disability.
• No drug or alcohol related offence on driving record within the last five years is permitted.
