Job summary

Enterprise Mobility, a global mobility leader, offers a paid management placement and internship within our Macclesfield network. You’ll gain hands-on experience across customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations while contributing to a fast-paced retail environment.

You’ll be supported through classroom learning, on‑the‑job training, and mentorship, with opportunities to grow into leadership roles as you progress through the programme.

Qualifications

• Applications open to all undergraduate students regardless of university or subject.
• Must hold a full manual UK or EU driving licence (accommodations for disabilities possible).
• No drug or alcohol related offences on driving record in last five years.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by handling reservations, inquiries and building rapport with customers.
• Engage with local business partners, grow networks and develop lasting relationships.
• Understand financial mechanics, cost control and interpret profit and loss statements.

Responsibilities

You’ll have the chance to apply what you already know, while building a powerful set of hard and soft skills that you might not have expected. You’ll develop skills in:

Customer Service: deliver exceptional experiences by confidently handling reservations, resolving enquiries, and building rapport with a diverse range of customers.

Sales and Marketing: connect with local business partners, grow your network and develop lasting relationships.

Financial Control and Profitability: understand the financial mechanics of a successful business, including cost control and interpreting profit and loss statements.

Operations and Logistics: learn how to manage a fleet, plan strategically, and drive performance.

Leadership and Development: take the lead in mentoring, training, and developing your own team - with the opportunity to manage and promote others as you grow.

Qualifications

• We accept applications for our Management Placement and Internship Programme from all undergraduate university students regardless of university attended and subjects being studied. Our assessment is based on how you perform against our competencies and will judge you on that alone.
• You must have a full manual UK or EU driving licence, but we do make accommodations for applicants who don’t drive due to a disability.
• No drug or alcohol related offence on driving record within the last five years is permitted.
