Job summary

Enterprise Mobility offers a one-year Management Placement Programme based in Carlisle. You’ll gain hands-on experience across customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations while contributing to a busy retail environment.

As an intern, you’ll receive comprehensive training, mentorship, and a structured path into our Graduate Management Training Programme with real responsibilities and potential for career growth.

Qualifications

• Applications open to all undergraduate students regardless of university attended.
• Must have full manual UK or EU driving licence; accommodations for not driving will be made.
• No drug or alcohol related offence on driving record within the last five years is permitted.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by confidently handling reservations and enquiries.
• Build rapport with a diverse range of customers.

• Understand the financial mechanics of a successful business, including cost control and interpreting profit and loss statements.

Qualifications

• We accept applications for our Management Placement and Internship Programme from all undergraduate university students regardless of university attended and subjects being studied. Our assessment is based on how you perform against our competencies and will judge you on that alone.
• You must have a full manual UK or EU driving licence, but we do make accommodations for applicants who don’t drive due to a disability.
• No drug or alcohol related offence on driving record within the last five years is permitted.
