Job summary

Enterprise Mobility invites undergraduate students to join its Management Placement and Internship Programme in Cardiff. Based in one of our retail branches, this paid role offers hands-on exposure across customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations as you begin your management career.

From day one you’ll receive training, mentorship, and real responsibilities, with opportunities for promotion and recognition as you develop leadership and strategic skills in a global mobility

Qualifications

• Open to all undergraduate students regardless of university or subject.
• Must have a full manual UK or EU driving licence; accommodations for non-drivers.
• No drug or alcohol offence on driving record within the last five years.

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations and enquiries.
• Build relationships with local business partners through sales and marketing.
• Understand cost control and interpret profit and loss statements.

Responsibilities

You’ll have the chance to apply what you already know, while building a powerful set of hard and soft skills that you might not have expected. You’ll develop skills in:

• Customer Service: deliver exceptional experiences by confidently handling reservations, resolving enquiries, and building rapport with a diverse range of customers.
• Sales and Marketing: connect with local business partners, grow your network and develop lasting relationships.
• Financial Control and Profitability: understand the financial mechanics of a successful business, including cost control and interpreting profit and loss statements.
• Operations and Logistics: learn how to manage a fleet, plan strategically, and drive performance.

Qualifications

• We accept applications for our Management Placement and Internship Programme from all undergraduate university students regardless of university attended and subjects being studied. Our assessment is based on how you perform against our competencies and will judge you on that alone.
• You must have a full manual UK or EU driving licence, but we do make accommodations for applicants who don’t drive due to a disability.
• No drug or alcohol related offence on driving record within the last five years is permitted.
