Job summary

Enterprise Mobility in Gloucester is offering a one-year Management Placement and Internship Programme for undergraduates. Based in one of our retail locations, you’ll gain hands-on experience across customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.

From day one you’ll be supported through classroom learning, on-the-job training, and mentorship. You’ll work on real responsibilities, with opportunities for promotion and performance bonuses while you develop leadership and commercial

Qualifications

• Undergraduates from any university and subject can apply; selection based on competencies.
• Must have a full manual UK or EU driving licence; accommodations available for some.
• No drug or alcohol related offence on driving record in the last five years.

• Customer Service: deliver exceptional experiences by handling reservations, enquiries, and rapport with customers.
• Sales and Marketing: connect with local business partners and grow networks.
• Financial Control and Profitability: understand cost control and interpret profit and loss.
• Operations and Logistics: manage a fleet, plan strategically, and drive performance.
• Leadership and Development: mentor and train others with potential for promotion.

Responsibilities

• Operations and Logistics: learn how to manage a fleet, plan strategically, and drive performance.
• Leadership and Development: take the lead in mentoring, training, and developing your own team - with the opportunity to manage and promote others as you grow.

Qualifications

• We accept applications for our Management Placement and Internship Programme from all undergraduate university students regardless of university attended and subjects being studied. Our assessment is based on how you perform against our competencies and will judge you on that alone.
• You must have a full manual UK or EU driving licence, but we do make accommodations for applicants who don’t drive due to a disability.
• No drug or alcohol related offence on driving record within the last five years is permitted.
