Job description

Location: East Midlands, Leicestershire, Leicester

Salary: £25.00 - £30.00 Per hour

Responsibilities:

1. Provide personalised one-to-one tutoring sessions to students based on their individual learning needs.
2. Develop tailored lesson plans and teaching materials to support student progress and achievement.
3. Assess students' learning styles and adapt teaching methods accordingly to maximise learning outcomes.
4. Monitor and track student progress through regular assessments and feedback.
5. Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student development.

Minimum Requirements:

1. A relevant degree in Education or a related field.
2. Teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE or equivalent).
3. Proven experience in delivering one-to-one tutoring sessions.
4. Minimum of 2 years of experience in tutoring or teaching roles.
5. Strong understanding of different teaching methods and learning styles.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to motivate and engage students in their learning.
