Job description

East Midlands, Leicestershire, Leicester

£25.00 - £30.00 Per hour

Responsibilities
  • Provide personalised one-to-one tutoring sessions to students
  • Create and implement individualised lesson plans based on student's needs
  • Assess student's progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance and progress
Minimum Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Proven experience in teaching/tutoring
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and engage students
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years teaching/tutoring experience
  • Strong understanding of the UK education system
  • Familiarity with various teaching methods and techniques
  • Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual student's needs
  • Postgraduate qualification in Education
  • Experience working with students with special educational needs
