Job description

Location: South East England, Buckinghamshire, Milton Keynes

Salary: £25.00 - £30.00 Per hour

  • Provide one-to-one tuition to students in various subjects.
  • Create tailored lesson plans to meet the individual learning needs of each student.
  • Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff regarding progress and challenges.
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with educational trends and best practises in teaching.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in delivering one-to-one tuition.
  • Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum.
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs.
  • Postgraduate qualification in Education.
  • Experience working with students with special educational needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
