Job summary

Vision for Education Ltd is seeking 1:1 tutors in Ilkeston for both part-time and full-time roles. You will work one-to-one with learners to improve Maths and English, planning sessions to suit individual needs and reporting progress weekly. Sessions can occur at home, in libraries, online or at schools.

The role offers flexible hours, the chance to choose your own working times, and support from a dedicated consultant. DBS is optional at application.

Qualifications

• Teaching qualifications/experience (classroom or 1:1).
• Ability to plan and deliver Maths and English lessons following national curriculum.
• Experience of working with students with EHCPs.
• Enhanced DBS (willing to apply).
• Patient, understanding and passionate about helping young learners.

Responsibilities

The Role
