Job summary

Vision for Education Ltd is seeking tutors for part-time or full-time temporary opportunities in Worksop. You will work 1:1 with students needing support in Maths and English, planning engaging sessions aligned with the national curriculum and tailored to each learner.

Qualifications

• Teaching qualification/experience (classroom or 1:1).
• Ability to plan and deliver Maths and English lessons following national curriculum.
• Experience of working with students with EHCPs.
• Enhanced DBS (willing to apply).
• Passionate about working with young people.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 tutoring with students who are unable to attend school.
• Plan, adapt and tailor sessions to meet individual needs around barriers to learning.
• Match with a student whose strengths help them thrive and provide consistency.
• Sessions will take place in students' homes, libraries or schools.
