Luma Education Recruitment is seeking a dedicated One-to-One Teaching Assistant to join an alternative provision in March, Cambridgeshire. You will provide focused support to a single secondary-aged student, helping re-engage with learning and build confidence in core subjects.

Ideal candidates will have experience in education, especially 1:1 support, and demonstrate patience, reliability and flexibility. The role offers full-time weekday hours, with induction and ongoing teacher guidance

Qualifications

• Experience with secondary-aged students
• Experience with SEND is an advantage
• Patient, reliable and flexible approach

Responsibilities

• Deliver individual learning support to secondary-aged students
• Help students improve English and Maths using personalised resources
• Write progress reports and follow safeguarding procedures
• Collaborate with qualified teachers on site
