Job summary

All Saints Academy in Weymouth is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join the Inclusion Team, providing one-to-one support for a named secondary student throughout the school day. You will adapt learning materials, encourage engagement in lessons and assist with discreet personal care as required.

Working closely with the SENCO, teachers and external specialists, you will monitor progress and support the student’s independence, wellbeing and access to the curriculum in a safe, inclusive

• Foster a safe, positive learning environment that supports emotional and social development.
• Provide respectful, discreet personal care and hygiene assistance.
• Work with the SENCO, classroom teachers and external specialists to monitor progress and care plans.
