Dimensions (UK) Ltd. is seeking caring and committed Support Workers to join a Weymouth team, supporting a young adult in his own home.

This one-to-one role focuses on person-centred support to help him maintain routines, build confidence, and explore new activities in a caring environment. You'll assist with meals, budgeting, personal care, daily living skills, and goal-setting, while collaborating with family and the Dimensions team to ensure consistent, meaningful support and opportunities

Qualifications

• Previous care or support work experience is welcome but not essential; full training provided.
• Must be eligible to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Provide encouragement and practical support with everyday tasks.
• Prepare meals and support healthy eating.
• Manage finances and budgeting.
• Provide prompts and encouragement with personal care.
• Support independence and develop daily living skills.
• Promote choice, confidence and personal goals.
• Collaborate with family and Dimensions team to keep support consistent.
