Qualifications

• Experience in care or support roles is welcome but not essential.
• Ability to work across varied settings and shifts.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support people with personal care and everyday tasks.
• Use hoists and specialist equipment when needed.
• Support wheelchair users and assist with eating and drinking.
• Prepare meals and monitor nutrition.
• Administer medications as directed.
• Support communication in personalised ways.
• Help people attend appointments and activities.
• Encourage independence and build meaningful relationships.
• Assist people to do things that matter to them.
