Job summary

Active Care Group is seeking a compassionate Female Support Worker to care for a 20-year-old woman with complex needs in her home in Haverfordwest. The role involves one-to-one support, personal care, and helping with daily routines in a calm, respectful environment.

You will work with a professional care team, wearing masks in the home and following established routines. The position offers flexible 12-hour shifts and potential longer contracts after probation.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates caring and compassionate approach.
• Experience providing personal care and supporting daily routines.
• Willingness to complete NVQ / QCF qualifications and training.
