Job summary

Fedcap UK is a not-for-profit organisation delivering personalised, one-to-one support to help long-term unemployed individuals overcome barriers and secure sustainable work. You’ll coach, signpost and inspire, building trust and improving outcomes across a range of client needs.

Based onsite in Burnley, the role runs Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm, with salary £28,471 rising to £30,289 after successful training and demonstrated competence.

Qualifications

• Background in target-driven roles or delivering services to meet standards.
• Ability to build rapport and empower diverse individuals, including those with complex needs.
• Experience in customer-facing roles in fast-paced environments.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills to meet deadlines and keep records.
• Growth mindset and passion for making a difference.

Responsibilities

• Work towards clear targets and KPIs with support along the way.
• Manage a caseload of customers with face-to-face appointments and SMART action plans.
• Provide job-searching support and help build confidence and skills.
• Collaborate with external services to overcome barriers.
