Are you passionate about leading innovation in oncology marketing? Takeda invites you to join our team as Oncology Marketing Manager, where you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of our solid tumour portfolio (Alunbrig).

Reporting to the Head of Oncology Marketing & Operations, this role requires strong partnership across several functions both within the local and regional teams.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Strategic Leadership:Take charge of developing and executing comprehensive local strategic and tactical brand plans that align with our overarching goals.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:Cultivate a culture of collaboration within our cross-functional brand team, ensuring seamless communication and coordination of launch progress to internal stakeholders.

  • Omnichannel Marketing Excellence:Lead the development of impactful product and disease awareness materials for omnichannel use, and spearhead therapy area-specific promotional education programs.

  • Stakeholder Engagement:Forge strong partnerships with key opinion leaders and healthcare stakeholders, driving engagement across a range of activities.

  • Compliance and Communication:Oversee the approval of marketing materials, ensuring adherence to the ABPI code of practice and Takeda SOPs, while maintaining effective communication with sales and supply chain teams.

EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS

  • Educational Foundation: Degree-level education complemented by relevant marketing qualifications.

  • Pharmaceutical Expertise: 5+ years of proven experience in pharmaceutical marketing, preferably with a focus on oncology.

  • Valuable Experience: Prior involvement in product launches and sales is a distinct advantage.

  • Core Competencies: Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ideal Candidate Profile: Energetic, proactive, and dedicated to integrity, transparency, and accountability. A self-driven professional passionate about delivering results and thriving in evolving environments.
