Zusammenfassung

MaineHealth is seeking an experienced Infusion RN to provide specialized care to oncology and hematology patients. This role requires strong clinical assessment, infusion and IV therapy skills, and experience with central venous access devices.

At least one year of Med Surg bedside experience is required; oncology experience is strongly preferred. Enrollment in ONS chemotherapy/biotherapy during orientation and OCN certification within 2 years of hire are expected.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Current RN license and BLS certification required (or obtain within 30 days).
• One year of recent RN experience required; oncology experience preferred.
• On orientation, obtain ONS chemotherapy/biotherapy certification; obtain OCN within 2 years of hire.

Aufgaben

• Administer chemotherapy and biotherapy treatments.
• Access and maintain central lines; IV therapy and patient assessment.
• Provide telephone triage and patient support; ensure compassionate, patient-centered care.
