East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust is recruiting for a Chemotherapy Registered Nurse at the Lister Macmillan Cancer Centre. The role focuses on safe delivery of systemic anti-cancer therapies and patient support within Oncology-Haematology, in line with our core values.

The successful candidate will have some oncology experience; full training will be provided to the right person, and a commitment to compassionate, high-quality care will be expected.

Competenze

• Nursing qualification and registration.
• Some oncology experience preferred; full training provided.

Mansioni

• Assist in the safe administration of cytotoxic chemotherapy and monoclonal antibodies within the Oncology-Haematology group.
• Provide ongoing support to patients and their carers.
• Ensure high standards of nursing care in the chemotherapy unit in line with hospital policies.
• Support the Senior Nurse for Chemotherapy Services in all aspects of the role.
