Job summary

Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end client onboarding process, acting as the main point of contact from kick‑off to go‑live.
  • Manage timelines and project milestones to ensure smooth delivery of data migration, configuration, training and launch.
  • Coordinate cross‑departmental activity, resolving issues and keeping communication clear and aligned.
  • Oversee system setup and data migration, ensuring quality, accuracy and readiness ahead of training delivery.
  • Work closely with the Training team to plan and prepare relevant sessions, supporting delivery when required.
  • Proactively track progress, manage client expectations and swiftly address any challenges.
  • Complete a thorough handover to Customer Success and gather feedback to support continuous improvement of onboarding processes.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years’ experience in onboarding, implementation or customer service within SaaS, CRM or PropTech.
  • Experience coordinating or supporting training delivery, with understanding of CRM set‑up and data migration.
  • Familiarity with estate agency or lettings software and tools such as Zendesk or monday.com.
  • Strong organisational and project management abilities, capable of handling multiple onboarding projects at once.
  • Able to adapt and prioritise effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Confident communicator skilled at building relationships with both clients and internal teams.
  • Highly detail‑oriented, proactive and focused on finding solutions.
  • Comfortable working with data, systems and CRM platforms.
