Job summary

Knightsbridge Commercial in Bolton is seeking a Senior Sales Support Administrator to join the business sales/M&A team in an office-based role. You will support deal processes, learn from experienced colleagues and contribute to successful onboarding of clients.

Full training is provided, with progression central to the culture. You will work closely with operations, sales and compliance, handling documentation and client communications throughout the onboarding journey.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail required for onboarding and documentation.
• Strong communication skills with internal and external contacts.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team.
• Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Resilient under pressure and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Office-based role with a proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between Operations, Sales, Compliance and Clients to ensure onboarding is seamless.
• Collect and verify client documentation and maintain records.
• Keep client data accurate in CRM and spreadsheets.
• Communicate clearly with clients throughout onboarding.
• Support Ops Support team within Admin as needed.
• Assist uploading client adverts to third-party marketing portals and update information.
