Job summary

Outcomes First Group is seeking a Compliance and Onboarding Administrator to support our fast-paced Compliance team. You will administer the referencing process, undertake pre-employment checks including DBS checks, and help ensure safer recruitment standards are met.

You will manage candidate records in the ATS, communicate with applicants via phone, email and social media, and coordinate with Learning and Talent to book inductions and start dates, while delivering a high quality onboarding

Qualifications

• Experience administering references and pre-employment checks.
• Experience with DBS checks and safeguarding standards.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to meet SLAs.
• Excellent communication via phone, email and social media.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Collaborative mindset and team orientation.

Responsibilities

• Administer the referencing process to support onboarding within SLAs.
• Manage candidate records in the ATS and keep job details accurate.
• Proactively communicate with candidates via phone, email and social channels.
• Provide updates to recruiting managers on recruitment performance.
• Coordinate pre-employment checks in line with SAFER recruitment standards.
• Collaborate with Learning and Talent to book inductions and share information.
