Fitch Group in Manchester is seeking a 6 Month FTC HR Coordinator to join our office. You will manage people-related processes across the EMEA region, from onboarding to offboarding, and deliver a professional, high-quality service to stakeholders and employees.

This role focuses on qualifed HR fundamentals, process improvement, and accurate data handling. A strong communicator with a detail-oriented mindset will thrive in our hybrid work environment (3 days in office).

Qualifications

• Experience in HR or a related educational background.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR processes across the EMEA employee lifecycle.
• Own HR queries and escalate as needed.
• Deliver high-quality service to stakeholders and staff.
• Identify and streamline processes to boost efficiency.
• Maintain up-to-date HR procedures and best practices.
• Contribute to the execution and improvement of HR strategy.
