Job summary

Mason Blake Limited is seeking a Client Servicing Analyst / Onboarding Coordinator in London to support onboarding and ongoing client servicing across the institutional lifecycle. You will coordinate launches, transitions and operational tasks with internal teams and external custodians.

The role offers exposure to a broad client servicing remit within an established asset manager and requires strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' buy-side client servicing or operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of middle/back office functions including settlements, reconciliations, client reporting, performance and pricing.
• Experience with financial systems such as SWIFT, TLM, Bloomberg, or portfolio accounting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Project-manage fund/mandate launches, closures and transition events.
• Act as the key contact for internal stakeholders and custodians/transition managers.
• Coordinate market openings and trading agreement setup with the Derivatives Administration team.
